The rise in popularity of vaping has increased the need for appropriate vape packaging solutions. SKS Bottle carries a variety of vape juice bottles and vials with tamper evident and/or child resistant caps in a range of sizes and styles that could be used for packaging and dispensing e-cigarette and personal vaporizer products. Each vape bottle and cap option can be purchased separately in bulk quantities or together as kits.
LDPE Plastic Vape Juice Bottles
SKS carries numerous LDPE plastic vape juice bottles that could be used for storing e-juice, flavor concentrates, or nicotine liquids. LDPE is the most popular type of e-liquid container because of its flexibility, making it easy to squeeze out product, and its resistance to moisture, which creates a good vapor barrier. It is also resistant to chemicals and acids found in e-juice flavors. LDPE vape bottles are favored among vapers who make DIY e-liquid blends as they are lightweight and cheaper to transport. Many of our smaller vape juice bottles can be paired with dropper tip plugs for greater precision when refilling vape mods and vape pens. Dropper tip inserts can also be used for dripping with an RDA, or rebuildable dripper atomizer. Our natural LDPE dropper bottles are available in a range of sizes from 5 ml to 30 ml, and can be paired with thin dropper tip plugs and white or black tamper evident, child resistant dropper tip caps. The natural LDPE boston rounds can be used with two different dropper fitment options: thin and standard. The 1/2 oz boston round is compatible with child resistant dropper tip caps in 5 color options. Our line of white LDPE dropper bottles are available as boston rounds or cylinders. The boston rounds are available in 10 cc and 15 cc sizes, while the LDPE cylinder sizes are 3 cc and 6 cc. These opaque dropper bottles provide UV barriers to preserve the quality of vape juice. They are compatible with white standard dropper tip plugs and white child resistant caps.
Glass Vape Juice Bottles
When choosing between glass and plastic vape juice bottles, it all comes down to personal preference. Many e-juice manufacturers like the high-end feel glass gives their product or brand. Glass is, overall, better than plastic for storing or steeping e-liquid blends for long periods of time as it does not react with oils or chemicals and product will not leach. Colored glass vape bottles provide UV protection and are best for the long-term storage of e-liquid since nicotine is sensitive to light and heat. Glass boston round bottles are the most common type of packaging after LDPE dropper bottles and are available in amber, blue, clear, and frosted. Our 1/2 oz, 1 oz, and 2 oz sizes can be paired with child resistant bulb droppers, which could be used to refill vape tanks. Our 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, and 32 oz sizes can be paired with regular child resistant caps and used for storing favorite e-juice flavors in larger quantities. Our glass euro dropper bottles can be used for mixing and diluting e-liquids with different nicotine levels. They are available in 3 colors, amber, blue, and green, and provide UV barriers to protect your e-liquid flavors. These vape juice bottles can be paired with black tamper evident, child resistant caps with orifice reducers. The orifice reducers can be used for controlled dispensing, one drop at a time, or they can be easily removed. These bottles are also compatible with black or white tamper evident caps and black tamper evident droppers. Our line of glass vials take up minimal space and are a good choice for storing smaller amounts of e-juice at a time. They are available in clear, or UV resistant blue, green, and amber colors. The 4 dram sizes can be paired with black child resistant bulb droppers and the 8 dram size can be paired with a regular child resistant cap in bulk. The 1 dram sizes can be paired with black bulb glass droppers or dropper tip caps (not child resistant).

These tall plastic bottles, also known as bullet bottles, are commonly used for hair care products due to the durability of PET, and its resistance to dilute acids, oils, and alcohols. The opaque bottles also provide a UV barrier that is ideal for light sensitive products. Each size is compatible with a number of black plastic caps, including disc top caps and lotion pumps.
