International Orders Shipped Outside the United States
SKS sends shipments outside the United States. International orders are subject to review by the SKS Credit Department prior to processing. Wire transfer payments are preferred for any order over $500 shipping outside the U.S., and this payment type may help speed international shipments.
Additional customs fees or import duties may be applied to shipments sent outside of the United States. If you wish to have your packages cleared through a specific customs broker, you must note this at the time you place your order. Shipments sent via UPS with no broker identified will be cleared through UPS Customs Brokerage. Customs fees are typically assessed once the shipment reaches its destination, and will vary from country to country. SKS has no jurisdiction over customs fees, and will not issue credit for customs fees levied by local governments on SKS shipments. SKS will also not be liable for any In Bond or storage fees levied if customs fees are not immediately paid. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the order recipient. Contact your local customs or brokerage office for further details.
Note that if delays occur during customs processing, delivery may take longer than the estimated time shown on the UPS "Time In Transit Map" or the date given on any shipment confirmation emails. No delivery dates will be guaranteed for shipments held up during the customs process.
Prices are F.O.B. Watervliet, NY, Reno, Nevada, and drop ship as listed in our online catalog and are subjected to change without notice due to volatile exchange rates and/or typing errors. We will do our best to advise you of any changes.
Large Quantity Discounts
Discounts are available to OEM's and large volume end users. Please email us your quote request including the item number and quantity required. If you qualify, we will customize a quote for you.
Shipping and Handling Charge
All shipments are made F.O.B. our plant. All orders are shipped via UPS.Large orders (over $500) may be shipped via common carrier and usually take 3 to 5 days to ship. Shipping and Handling Charges are added to your order. Additional customs fees may apply to shipments sent outside of the U.S. Once your order is shipped you may track it with your UPS Tracking number. UPS TRACKING.

SKS takes fraud very seriously. Fraudulent orders hurt both cardholders and SKS, and impair SKS's ability to provide quality service and competitive pricing for customers. In an effort to reduce the amount of fraudulent orders processed, SKS takes certain steps including, but not limited to, recording the IP address for every computer that places an order, and manually checking all orders before shipment.
About Delivery of Your Order
Orders placed on our site usually ship within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, regardless of the shipment method chosen. Choosing Expedited Service (UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day or UPS 3rd Day Select) may reduce the amount of time your order spends in transit. You should check UPS Tracking on shipping times to your location. As an example, NY to West Coast is 5 days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, and cannot be shipped in 1-2 business days you will receive a notice indicating same. A street address is required for all UPS Shipments. Note that if you order several items and only one item is on backorder, a partial shipment will often be sent as a courtesy if you are located in the US or Canada. The backordered item will be forwarded to you automatically when it is received back into stock.
Warranty & Safety Information
All items sold on our web pages or in our catalog accurately reflect their current standards and specifications. However, each item depicted or described herein is not necessarily suitable for every kind of use, therefore, unless otherwise stated in the writing, seller makes no warranty that the goods depicted or described herein are fit for any particular purpose . All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use, are expressly disclaimed. You should always TEST your product in the container you've selected prior to use.
Returns / The SKS Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply call within 45 days for an exchange, refund or merchandise credit. Credit is not issued for freight charges or customs fees. No credit will be issued for products, services, labels or other merchandise not provided by SKS. We accept material returns and issue credit only with an authorized return number (RMA). We only accept return of unused, complete cases. In some instances, a restocking fee may apply for returned items. You will be informed of any restocking fees when a Return Authorization number is issued.

Certificates of Compliance (C of C's)
SKS is a distributor of packaging materials. As such, certificates of compliance may not be available for all of our stock items. Charges may apply for C of C's in some cases. If you require a certificate of compliance, please contact our Customer Service Department at 518-880-6980 Ext. 1 to confirm if the documentation is available prior to placing your order.
