Order Minimums

  • Online orders: NO minimum

International Orders Shipped Outside the United States

SKS is happy to send shipments outside the United States. International orders are subject to review by the SKS Credit Department prior to processing. Wire transfer payments for any order over $500 shipping outside the U.S. is preferred, and a payment type that may help quicken international shipments.

Additional customs fees or import duties may be applied to shipments sent outside of the United States. If you wish to have your packages cleared through a specific customs broker, you must note this at the time you place your order. Shipments sent via UPS with no broker identified will be cleared through UPS Customs Brokerage. Customs fees are typically assessed once the shipment reaches its destination, and will vary from country to country. SKS has no jurisdiction over customs fees, and will not issue credit for customs fees levied by local governments on SKS shipments. SKS will also not be liable for any In Bond or storage fees collected if customs fees are not immediately paid. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the order recipient. Contact your local customs or brokerage office for further details.

Note that if delays occur during customs processing, delivery may take longer than the estimated time shown on the UPS Time In Transit Map or the date given on any shipment confirmation emails. No delivery dates are guaranteed for shipments held up during the customs process.


Prices are F.O.B. Saratoga, NY, and Reno, Nevada, and drop ships as listed in our online catalog and are subjected to change without notice due to volatile exchange rates and/or typing errors. We will do our best to advise you of any changes.


Only one discount per order. Discounts can not be combined with special pricing and may not be applied with additional promotions. If you have questions regarding applying discounts to your order, or how to receive special pricing, feel free to contact our customer care representatives for assistance.

Shipping Methods

Small orders will be shipped via UPS from our NY or NV warehouses. UPS orders can qualify for free shipping if the order meets the requirements. Once your order has shipped, you may track it with the designated UPS tracking number and review transit times on our website. Additional customs fees may apply to shipments sent outside of the U.S.

Large orders requiring pallets for shipment will ship via Common Carrier freight methods. Pallet shipped orders must ship complete and do not qualify for free shipping. During checkout, SKS will provide a list of Common Carrier options and allow you to select the services required for delivery. Read here for additional terms and conditions.

Fraud Protection

SKS takes fraud very seriously. Fraudulent orders hurt both cardholders and SKS, and impair SKS's ability to provide quality service and competitive pricing for customers. To reduce the number of fraudulent orders processed, SKS takes specific steps including, but not limited to, recording the IP address for every computer that places an order, and manually checking all orders before shipment.

About Delivery of Your Order

Orders placed with SKS customarily ship within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, regardless of the shipment method chosen. Choosing Expedited Service (UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day, or UPS 3rd Day Select) may reduce the amount of time your order spends in transit.

UPS requires a complete street address for delivery. SKS will ship your order whenever possible from the closest distribution center to the ship-to address listed on your order and provide UPS tracking numbers once a shipment is completed. Note that if an order includes several items and some are on backorder, a partial shipment will often be sent as a courtesy if you are located in the US or Canada. The backordered item will be forwarded to you automatically when it is received back into stock. If the order is shipping via common carrier, your order will ship complete.

Please note that once an order is in processing, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

While COVID-19 impacts the world, SKS' standard shipping time for products in stock is still 2-3 business days, but due to worldwide supply chain interruptions related to COVID-19, unexpected shipment and delivery delays may occur.

Warranty & Safety Information

All items sold on our web pages accurately reflect their current standards and specifications. However, each item depicted or described herein is not necessarily suitable for every kind of use, therefore, unless otherwise stated in writing, SKS makes no guarantee that the goods depicted or described herein are fit for any particular purpose. All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability and suitability for a specific use, are expressly disclaimed. All items sold on our web pages accurately reflect their current standards. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact our customer care team within 45 days of delivery for resolution.

Credits are not issued for freight charges or customs fees. No credit will be issued for products, services, labels or other merchandise not provided by SKS.

We accept material returns and issue credit only with an authorized return number (RMA). We only accept a return of unused, complete cases. In some instances, a restocking fee may apply for returned items. You will be informed of any restocking fees when an RMA is issued.
