    Fill your container with your product.

    Either manually or automatically cap your container with the appropriate torque. Since torque is expressed in inches per pound, as a general rule of thumb torque is about half of the diameter of the cap. We recommend utilizing a Spring Torque testing device (please email us for inquiries on purchasing) to measure the container's necessary torque and you may also referrence our Torque Guide chart .

    Select the correct sealing time, which is usually determined by closure size. Please reference your sealer's manual for appropriate sealing times.

    Place the cap beneath the sealing head controller, press the trigger, which will activate the heat inducting process. The timer will automatically shut off.
