Black polypropylene caps with PE liners are an effective way to keep a variety of different body lotions, skin creams, face washes, and cosmetics safe and secure. PE liners are three-ply and constructed of low-density foam cores between two solid layers of low-density polyethylene. The PE liner has excellent chemical resistance and a low moisture transmission rate. These caps are offered in bulk at wholesale pricing for the best discounts to be paired with a variety of different containers with matching neck finishes.
