Packaging Tip
Thick spreads like pistachio cream and pumpkin butter are noticeably harder to fill and scoop through a narrow opening, so the shape of the jar matters as much as its size. Spreads also fill most cleanly while still warm, so let a batch cool just enough to handle, spoon it in, and leave a little headspace below the rim before capping.
