These smooth black caps have a frosted finish, similar to a matte finish, and feature an F217 liner. F217 liners are comprised of three layers. In the middle, there is a low-density foam core that is between two layers of solid low-density polyethylene (LDPE).This liner has excellent chemical resistance and low moisture transmission rate which makes these plastic caps a possibility for products such as body lotions, skin creams, face washes, or cosmetics.
