DIY - Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Trifles in Glass Mason Jars

As much as I love fall, there is always room for more love. And I think I found it in these Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Trifles! The fall & pumpkin spice flavors are amazing and they look adorable served in Clear Glass Mason Jars ! Check out the easy recipe below!

Pumpkin Spice Muffin

  • Ingredients
  • 2 & 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 (15 ounce) Can Pure Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 8 Tablespoons Melted Butter (Cooled)



Pumpkin Spice Muffin Instructions
  1. First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the 2 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves, & 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice.
  3. In a separate bowl mix 1 can pure pumpkin, 2 large eggs, & 8 tablespoons cooled melted butter.
  4. Create a funnel in the dry ingredients & pour the liquid mixture into the center. Mix with a spoon until combined.
  5. Pour the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving 1-2 inches of edge for spreading.
  6. Bake your Pumpkin Spice Muffin Tops for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Let cool on a wire rack & then cut into chunks.

Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake

  • Ingredients
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Cup Pure Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Allspice



Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Instructions
  1. While the muffin batter sheet is baking place the 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup pure pumpkin, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves, & 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice in a medium bowl & blend until smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap & place in your refrigerator for later use.

Brown Sugar Whipped Cream



  • Ingredients
  • 1 & 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract



Brown Sugar Whipped Cream Instructions
  1. While the pumpkin spice muffin sheet cools place 1 & 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, & 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract in a chilled medium bowl & whisk on the highest speed for 1 minute, or until stiff peeks form.

Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Trifles Instructions

  1. First, add a layer of pumpkin spice muffin cubes to the base of each jar, then add a layer of pumpkin spice cheesecake, followed by a layer of brown sugar whipped cream. Repeat these steps & top with caramel sauce if desired.
  2. Serve immediately or chill for 2-3 hours until ready to serve.
