LDPE Cylinders

LDPE is a softer plastic that is often used for food packaging, including products like sauces and syrups, as well as hair and body care products, or industrial products, such as adhesives.

LDPE natural plastic cylinders are available in a range of sizes, from 1 oz to 12 oz. These plastic bottles can be paired with a variety of dispensing cap options, including twist top caps and snap top caps. SKS also offers ½ oz LDPE bottles with dropper tip inserts and child resistant caps. The controlled dropper tip bottles dispense product at 40 uL per drop, making them a popular choice for vape packaging, medications, or dyes.

HDPE Cylinders

HDPE is hardier and slightly heavier than LDPE plastic. It is often used to package many household and industrial cleaning products, such as detergent and bleach, as well as food products and non-carbonated beverages.

SKS carries natural and white HDPE bottles n sizes ranging between 1 to 32 oz. The natural HDPE plastic bottles are semi-translucent, while the opaque white plastic bottles offer UV protection for light sensitive products. White HDPE plastic powder bottles and foamer plastic bottles are also available. The powder bottles feature a snap-on sifter cap that can be twisted open or closed, while the foamer bottles feature a white plastic pump that dispenses foam product without the use of gas propellants.

PET Cylinders

PET is one of the most versatile plastics in that it can be molded into nearly any shape, size, and color. It is used among a wide range of industries for packaging products like food, beverages, cosmetics, and more.

Clear plastic cylinder bottles are available in sizes ranging from 2 to 32 oz and feature crystal clear transparency. These clear bottles offer slight flexibility, making them ideal for liquid and low viscosity products. Induction Caps

SKS carries a variety of induction caps, which are commonly used in food, beverage and pharmaceutical packaging. Induction liners feature several layers: pulpboard, wax, foil, and a polymer coating. When passed through an induction sealing machine, the heated foil melts the wax and polymer, creating a hermetic seal. Once removed, induction liners cannot be reapplied, thus also providing a tamper evident seal.

Metal Tea Tins

8 oz clear and 16 oz metal tea tins are made from tin-plated steel and feature matching metal caps with a pliable plastic ring. The cap ring fits snugly inside the mouth of the metal container and creates an air-tight seal to help keep products, like tea leaves and other dried herbs, fresh. These tall herb containers feature large label panel areas for custom branding and are both recyclable and corrosion resistant.
