Lip Balm Tubes

Polypropylene plastic lip balm tubes are a great way to package products because they are made from a highly durable material and offer a good barrier against moisture, oil, and alcohol. SKS provides white, natural, silver, and black lip balm tubes to choose from. Each plastic lip balm tube has a ribbed turning wheel mechanism at the base, allowing for product to be dispensed easily and neatly. Round lip balm tubes are available in a .15 oz size. The black and white lip balm tubes are also available in a .5 oz size. Additionally, SKS offers a unique oval shaped lip balm tube that can give a fresh new look to your product line. The slim lip balm tube is available in a .07 oz size. This sleek lip balm tube is a great travel size bottle for conveniently transporting and storing lip balm. To make packaging your lip balm product line even easier, SKS offers several accessories, such as lip balm filling trays and scrapers. The 4" white plastic lip balm scraper helps to scrape away excess wax when filling lip balm tubes using a lip balm filling tray. The HDPE plastic lip balm filling tray allows up to 50 lip balm tubes to be filled at once, ultimately speeding up the entire lip balm production process. Individual trays come with 24 lip balm tubes and bulk cases do not include tubes.SKS also carries sustainable packaging options with push up paper lip balm tubes and jars. These eco friendly lip balm tubes feature an oil-resistant barrier and are crafted from 100% paperboard, which is a renewable, biodegradable, and recyclable material. The brown paperboard push up lip balm tubes have a free-moving paperboard disk at the tube base that pushes upwards to easily dispense product. Each paperboard lip balm tube includes a snug fitted cap and is available in the following sizes: 0.3 oz, 0.5 oz, 1.0 oz, 1.5 oz, and 2 oz.

Lip Balm Tins

SKS carries metal tin containers in many different sizes and shapes that are suitable for packaging lip balm. Our metal tins are composed of tin-plated steel; a material that is corrosion resistant, provides barriers against water, air, and light, and is 100% recyclable. Flat round metal tins are available in two styles; one with smooth edges with rolled edge tin lids, and the other has a threaded finish with twist top lids. Slipcover flat metal tins come in seven sizes ranging from 1/4 oz to 8 oz, while the twist top metal tins come in 1/2 oz, 1 oz, and 2 oz sizes. Deep metal tins with slip cover tin lids are available in a range of sizes from 1 oz to 8 oz. Deep round metal tin containers and square tins with clear window covers are also available. The clear window tin lids are fitted and allow customers to view the product inside, which could be used to beautifully display tinted lip balm. The covers of both tin containers styles feature a debossed lid, offering a large flat area to apply a custom label with product information.

Glass Roll On Lip Balm Bottles

Glass roll on bottles are an elegant way to display lip gloss product lines. Frosted glass lip balm roll on containers are available in a 0.35 oz size and have several bottle color variations like green and blue. The .35 oz glass roll on lip gloss containers in bronze, amber, and purple could be a unique way to package your line of lip gloss. These lip balm containers come with roll on balls, fitments, and black polypropylene caps. Clear glass lip balm roll on bottles are a great option that allows customers to see the product inside. These bottles are available in 10 ml, 0.35 oz, and 1 oz sizes with various cap colors. The smooth sides of these glass roller bottles offer convenient space for custom branding.

Travel Bags

Travel bags are available in a variety of colors and materials. Clear vinyl bags come with a black or white zipper option and a hang loop to make storing on the go easy. Lightweight clear poly bags feature a slide zipper and allow complete visibility of the contents of the bag. SKS also offers an eco-friendly travel bag option with PEVA plastic and hemp zipper bags. PEVA, or Polyethylene vinyl acetate, is lightweight and an alternative to PVC plastic. Travel bags can be conveniently purchased alone or with TSA compliant travel containers. These travel kits are perfect for housing small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and more.
