These plastic pail covers are designed to provide secure sealing performance for open head plastic pails used in industrial, chemical, and commercial environments. Manufactured from HDPE regrind material, this 3.5–6 gallon black pail cover is compatible with our 5 gallon black HDPE open head pails and could offer dependable impact resistance and chemical compatibility while also supporting sustainability efforts by helping reduce the use of virgin plastic. An integrated tear tab could provide visible tamper evidence and allow for quick, easy removal, helping protect product integrity during storage and transportation. The built-in Rieke fitting could allow for controlled dispensing, venting, or liquid transfer, making this cover well suited for applications that require access without removing the entire lid. The EPDM gasket helps to create a tight, reliable seal that resists moisture, temperature changes, and exposure to a wide range of chemicals, which may help reduce the risk of leaks or contamination. This combination could make these plastic pail covers suitable for use with chemicals, coatings, adhesives, lubricants, cleaning solutions, agricultural products, and other regulated materials.
