Step 1
Fill your container with your product.
Step 2 Either manually or automatically cap your container with the appropriate torque. Since torque is expressed in inches per pound, as a general rule of thumb torque is about half of the diameter of the cap. We recommend utilizing a Spring Torque testing device (please email us for inquiries on purchasing) to measure the container's necessary torque and you may also referrence our Torque Guide chart.
Step 3
Select the correct sealing time, which is usually determined by closure size. Please reference your sealer's manual for appropriate sealing times.
Step 4
Place the cap beneath the sealing head controller, press the trigger, which will activate the heat inducting process. The timer will automatically shut off.
Step 5
After the induction process you'll want to check to make sure your seal is secure.
