The SD100 dispenses products in metered amounts up to .5 ml. making it perfect for liquid soaps and cosmetic lotions. Hand and body lotions, shampoos, hair conditioners, pharmaceuticals, veterinary products, and household chemicals have all utilized this proven system for consistent stroke-to-stroke product delivery.

Available with Calmar's "Stylized Head", the SD100 delivers a "family look" when coupled with the SD200, the world lead in 2 ml. dispensing.

Calmar's rigid quality control procedures focus on tight seals, valving efficiency, strokes-to-prime and all the other critical performance factors. SD100 dispensers are supplied in a locked down position, ready for installing on conventional filling and capping equipment.

General Information

Delivery Volume per Stroke – .5 ml.

Colors – Available in standard white or specified custom colors. Also available in two or more color combinations; for example, the head and closure can be molded in separate colors to create a distinctive design appearance.

Closure Sizes – Screw caps are available in a range of styles and in various sizes from 22 mm to 28 mm.

Carton – 275 lb. double wall. Tray top 20-3/4 " x 14-1/4 " x 16 ". 2.7 cu. ft. Lined with polyethylene bag.

Pack and Weight – Varies with cap size and tube length. Typical pack is 1,000 units per carton, weighing 28-30 lbs.

Pump to Container Seal – A variety of integral sealing flange designs are available for various container materials. These prevent leakage of most products; gaskets can be inserted for hard-to-seal liquids. Suitable for packaging on most plastic, glass and metal containers.

Material Specifications – All materials comply with Code of Federal Regulations food standards. The materials used for key components are compatible with most aqueous and alcohol products.
