Lip Balm Containers

SKS Bottle & Packaging Inc. has some of the most appealing lip balm packaging containers for you to package all of your lip balm creations. We have a wide selection of lip balm jars, pots, tubes, tins, and roll on containers. These are all available in a variety of shapes, sizes, colors, and materials. The lip balm jars and pots come in clear, white, blue, and black plastic, all of which come with various tops from solid colors to clear view top caps. We have deep dish and flat metal lip balm tins with caps, along with natural and white plastic lip balm tubes. We also carry lip balm roll on containers. If your looking to package a lip balm which saves dry parched lips, or if your product adds a bit of color or shine to someone's smile, we have the packaging containers you need!

The white lip balm tubes are available in two shapes, oval and round, both of which come in a .15 oz size. The round lip balm tube also comes in a larger.5 oz size, making it a great packaging choice for solid sunscreens, perfumes, cosmetics, insect repellant, and much more. You also have the option of adding drawstrings to the lip balm tubes. They make for an excellent product for joggers, runners, skiers, and the outdoor type. The drawstring with lip balm tube attached can be draped around your neck, or tied to your wrist or belt loop for quick access. Many of the same same lip balm tube styles are available in a natural color. The natural lip balm tubes are available in .15 oz oval tubes, .07 oz slim line tubes, and .15 oz round tubes, all of which come with caps. The natural plastic of these lip balm tubes allows for the color of your lip products to show through.

If a roll on lip balm is what your searching for, we have either plastic or glass options for you to choose from. The .35 oz glass lip balm roll on containers are available in a variety of colors with many colorful cap options. Choose from clear, frosted, blue frosted, and green frosted glass lip balm roll ons. Cap color options include, black, gold, silver, white, and brushed metal silver caps.

The 1/4 oz white plastic lip balm roll on containers are also a great choice and are available with flat or round white plastic caps. You can also try using these roll on containers to house your favorite perfumes!

Our extensive line of lip balm jars and pots range in size, color, shape, and material. Show off your colorful lip balm creations by choosing the clear polystyrene plastic jars, available in 1/8 oz and 1/4 oz sizes which come topped with polystyrene dome closures. These lip balm jars are a great way to display your homemade lip balms.

We also carry three white polypro lip balm jars in 1/8 oz, 1/4 oz, and 1/5 oz sizes. The 1/8 oz and 1/4 oz sizes are thick wall jars accompanied by white polypro F217 lined caps. The 1/8 oz and 1/4 oz lip balm jars are also available with shrink bands, offering your customer a tamper evident container! The 1/5 oz white polypro plastic lip balm jars are offered with unlined white polypro dome caps. The jar and dome cap has an overall height of 1” with a diameter of 1” making for an excellent sample jar.

If your looking to display your product with a special packaging container, try using the white or black lip balm jars with clear view top caps. The black and white clear view top lip balm containers are available in a 1/2 oz or 1/4 oz size, making them the perfect size for storing inyour pocket or purse. The white lip balm containers are also available in a 1/4 oz size in solid white.These elegant packaging containers could be just what you have been looking for to package all of your cosmetic products from lip balms, to pancake makeup, eye shadows and salves.

Another great lip balm jar is the 1/2 oz blue cobalt PET jar. These elegant lip balm jars come topped with a smooth polypro flat top cap in your choice of white or black.

We carry flat metal and deep dish lip balm tins all of which come with slip cover lids. The flat metal lip balm tins come in 1/4 oz and 1/2 oz sizes, and the deep dish tin is available in a 1 oz size. The metal lip balm tins are easy to fill and even easier to use, and are a great way to help make a fun and attractive product for your customers !

When choosing a lip balm packaging container for your product we suggest that you test the container with your product for compatibility, as always this step is important in providing the best-suited product for you and your customers' needs.

Tamper Evident Shrink Bands

Add value to your product and offer your customers a tamper evident container when you use shrink bands! Our shrink bands are made of clear PVC plastic, are .2 mm thick, and contain a vertical perforation for easy removal. Once the band has been removed it cannot be re-applied to the container. Simply slide the appropriate size shrink band over your lip balm tube, lip balm pot or lip balm tin so it fits around the cap and opening of the container. Gradually heat the band until it shrinks fitting snuggly around your product. Be sure that your heat source is not too hot as it may result in uneven shrink band application or damage the actual packaging of your product.

In addition to the stock shrink bands listed on our site, we also have the capability to produce custom shrink bands and sleeves in unique sizes, colors and materials.
