Silver Caps & Closures

Top your containers off with stylish silver caps and closures for a unique, sophisticated look! Our no-rust aluminum F217 lined caps range in size from 18/400 to 89/400, making them compatible with many of our bottles and jars. The F217 liner adds an extra level of protection against product leakage and could be suitable for packaging a variety of products from cosmetics to chemicals.

Other silver metal caps include our 70G plastisol lined closures. These caps are typically used on glass containers and when heated with proper methods, they create a hermetic seal. When the cap is removed, the button in the middle of the cap will pop up indicating that the seal has been broken.

An economical alternative to our metal caps, the smooth silver polypro closures could be ideal for a variety of glass and plastic jars. These caps will give your products a smooth, streamlined look that may be ideal for packaging cosmetics, makeup, bath & body care items and more! We also carry silver plastic caps that are compatible with our lip balm tubes and roll-on containers.

Dispense products such as hand cream, shampoos, face wash, and hair spray with ease with our selection of silver dispensing caps. Choose from 20/400 or 24/400 shiny silver metalized disc top caps. Each cap has a 0.31 mm orifice to neatly dispense your product. Simply press the indented area on top of the cap to expose the orifice. When not in use, light pressure on the open end of the cap will snap it closed.

Our white fine mist sprayers with brushed silver aluminum collars are sure to give your products a classic feel! These silver fine mist sprayers are available in 20/410 and 24/410 neck finishes and four dip tube lengths.

We also offer white lotion pumps with brushed silver aluminum collars. The 24/410 lotion pumps are available with a variety of stock dip tube lengths, which are compatible with many of our glass, plastic and aluminum bottles. Pumps are shipped to you in the locked position. To use, simply twist the pump head counterclockwise to release it.

Tamper Evident Shrink Bands

Shrink bands are an easy and economical way to offer customers a tamper evident container and add value to your product. Shrink bands could be used in a variety of industries from personal care products and cosmetics to foods and pharmaceuticals. Made from 0.2 mm thick PVC plastic, our stock shrink bands are available in several colors and have a vertical perforation for easy removal. Once the band has been removed, it cannot be reapplied to the container, giving customers piece of mind concerning the safety of your product.

Simply slide the appropriate size shrink band over the container so it fits around the cap and opening of your bottle, tube or jar. Gradually heat the band until it shrinks fitting snuggly around the container. Be sure that your heat source is not too hot as it may result in uneven shrink band application or damage the actual packaging of your product.

In addition to the stock shrink bands listed on our site, we also have the capability to produce custom shrink bands and sleeves in unique sizes, colors and materials.
