Product Specs

Stock Number
SKS designates a unique stock number for each product on the website. Short stock numbers in the xxxx-xx format specify a kit, which means a container and closure are sold together, and longer stock numbers similar to xxxxxxxx.01S are bulk items, which have no closures included.

Size
The size listed is in liquid measurements for containers. If there is an arrow available, that means there are different sizes available in this style. Click the arrow to view other size options, and click any item in the list to go to its product detail page.

Case Pack
The case pack lists how many items are received for the price listed. For example, a kit of glass jars with metal caps with a case pack of 12/cs includes 12 glass jars with 12 caps.

Material
The material listed is for the containers or closures available on this product page. If this product page is for a kit (containers and closures sold together), the container's material listed will be listed here. If viewing a style/size available in different colors or materials, an arrow will be visible to toggle between the different material and color choices.

Neck Finish
Many measurements are used to establish a neck finish for each container and closure. The neck finish helps determine compatible sets of containers, closures, and additional components, including shrink bands, orifice reducers, and more.

Cap Code
On bulk pages, a cap code will be listed for easily matching compatible containers and closures.

Style
The style listed will be a brief description of the product's shape or profile.

Cap Option
The cap option listed will be a description of the caps sold on this page, or the caps that come with a kit. If the product page is for bulk containers sold without caps, the cap option will read "Bulk (Caps Not Included)".

Dimensions
All dimensions are listed in millimeters (mm). When hovered over, the measurements shown convert into inches for your reference. The height listed for kits includes the height from the container base to the top of the closure. The height listed for bulk containers sold without caps is the height of the container itself.

Label Panel Dimensions
SKS lists the decoration area of the containers which can be used to match up compatible custom labels.

Line Drawing
The line drawing will display the dimensions of the containers and labeling areas. Click the Line Drawing link to view the drawing in a pop-up window.

View All Sizes on Group Product Page
Clicking this link will bring you to the group product page where all of sizes of the product can be viewed and purchased from the same page.

Ordering a Sample

Ordering a free sample is a great way to try out a container with your product to ensure compatibility and the look you are going for, before placing a larger order. If the item you are viewing is eligible for sampling, you will see the "Order a Sample" button on the Product Detail page. Click this button to add the item to your cart as a free sample. You will see a success message on the page, indicating that the sample has been added successfully. The item should show up in your cart with the "Product Sample" notation, and a $0.00 price.

Sample Order Conditions
You can order 1 sample of an item, 3 unique items total per order. You may order samples of a particular item one time only. If you need additional samples, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance. Closeout items are not available as samples.

Sample Order Shipping
If you are ordering only samples without any other full cases, you will be charged a small shipping fee based on the individual weights of your sample items, to cover the cost of processing and shipment. As always, you can select expedited shipping methods as well, or Free Customer Pickup when conditions are met.

If your order contains full cases of other items in addition to your samples, no additional shipping charge will be added on for the samples.

Sample Order Follow Up
When you place a sample order, you are agreeing to receive further correspondence from SKS on your sample items. A few days after you receive your sample order, we will email you to see if you are ready to order the product you have sampled, or if you need additional samples or further assistance.

Creating a Subscription

How Subscribe & Save Works
You can create a new subscription from almost any item on our site from the Product Detail page. Choose a quantity and monthly interval for your shipments, and complete your first order to create a new subscription. You will receive 5% off right away on any item you add to your cart as a subscription! New subscription orders will be created automatically and shipped out on the day you choose, using the payment method and other details that you have on file. You will receive email notifications on your upcoming shipments, and each time a new order is created in our system. Manage your subscription through a convenient form in our Members area to easily make changes as needed. There is no commitment - keep your subscription for as long as you would like, and cancel it in seconds at any time.

After 2 months of consistent shipments with no further edits made, we will be able to ensure availability of your items, avoiding backorders and any delay in your shipments.

How to Create a New Product Subscription
Almost any item on our site can be added as a new subscription item from our Product Detail page. You will see a Subscribe and Save option, with your reduced price displayed. Click on this field to reveal the subscription options. Select the quantity of cases, and the monthly interval that works best for you , from 1 to 6 months. Then click Subscribe Now to add item to your cart as a subscription.

When you complete this order, a new subscription will be created in our system. The details from the order you just placed will be used as defaults on your upcoming subscription orders, including your ship-to address, payment method and shipping options. You may edit these details at any time through the Subscription Management form in our Members area.

Viewing Size, Color/Material, Cap and Case Pack Options
Under the Product Specs section, you will see arrow icons next to the Size, Material, Case Pack and Cap Options entries, if there is more than one variation available. Click the icon to reveal a dropdown menu listing the different options. Clicking any option in the dropdown will direct you to the product detail page for that variation.

Purchase All Sizes of This Item
This section lists all available sizes of the container or cap style you are viewing. Add any item shown to your cart from this page by entering a quantity and clicking Add. If there are more than 4 options available, click the Next and Previous buttons to scroll through the items.

Add Compatible Items
Compatible items may include shrink bands, closures, orifice reducers, and more that can be paired with the product featured on this page. Add everything you need for your product packaging from one page to save time.

Add Custom Labels
This section lists all of the compatible custom labels available for the product sold on this page. Click on the Add button to open our Custom Label form in a pop-up window. Follow the instructions to choose label options, upload your artwork, and add the labels to your cart. Creating custom labels can offer a unique branding option for your products.
