Pickling Jars

Giardiniera  (aka pickled vegetables) is a classic loved by most. If you're looking for the perfect jar to house such a large variety of pickled vegetables, use a glass jar with a white metal cap. Our glass giardineira pickling jars range in size from 1 oz to 32 oz and come accompanied by white metal caps with plastisol liners. Fill these glass-pickling jars with your Giardiniera mix, top them with a plastisol lined cap and boil the jar at regulated temperatures creating an airtight seal.
