Tamper Evident Shrink bands are now available at SKSShrink Bands

    Here at SKS we realize the concern for product tamper-evidency and are pleased to introduce heat sealable Shrink Bands to our existing line of containers. The pvc shrink bands are a great way to add value and appeal to your product. This is of special interest to consumers who are purchasing food type items, aromatherapy or personal care products, cosmetics, toiletries, condiments and more. We have conveniently added shrink bands to our most popular items and have made it simple for you to purchase them. The shrink bands are made of clear pvc plastic, are 2 mil thick and contain a vertical perforation for easy removal. Once the band has been removed it cannot be re-applied to the container. We will also be offering equipment for heat seal application, which is easy to operate. In instances where you are doing manual applications a hand held unit would suffice. If you are producing much larger runs you may be interested in something more automated as a heat tunnel. Whatever your application these shrink bands are sure to add value and credibility to your product.

     Aside from the shrink bands listed on our site, we also have the capability to have shrink bands produced with your product sku number, product number, logo and more.

PACKAGING TIPS:
    Unsure if you need to provide tamper-evident protection? You should refer to your local laws for whether your particular product falls into the category which would require it to have a form of tamper-evident protection.

Often consumers rely on manufacturers to maintain that the product is safe for use or consumption and that the integrity has not been compromised from the time it leaves the manufacturing or production line to the store shelves. While providing tamper evident packaging will not prevent tampering or guarantee the item has not been tampered with, it will help to identify to the consumer from a look see perspective if the item has been interfered with.
