Canning Jars

When canning roasted red peppers try using our glass oval hex jars with gold metal plastisol lined lug caps. For freshness and packaging quality these oval glass hex jars can be filled and topped with a cap and then boiled to specified temperatures creating an airtight seal for freshness. The oval hex jars make for a great glass canning jar for a variety of food products!
