Q.   What are your payment terms, and Minimum Order.
   A.  $ 50.00 dollar Min order for On line Orders
        $100.00 dollar Min order for phone in Orders
          We accept major Credit Cards, Visa, Master Card, or AMEX

             NO Checks or COD

Q.  What does the green box  mean next to some items ? 
       A.  The Green box marks items that are available in bulk 
               cases and usually carry extra discounts of 5 to 10%. 
               Some items may be purchased on line others you may 
               have to call for pricing. 
Q.  When shopping I don't always go back to where I left off 
       when I click the bottom back arrow. 
        A.  If you run across this problem use the back button on your 
              browser.  This is the best way to insure you will move 
              back on screen. 

Q.   What is the Minimum for getting bottles Labeled or Silk Screened ? 
        A.  10,000 Bottles is our Minimum for Silk Screening
        B.  2,500 Bottles is our Minimum for Labeling

Q.   How many CC are there in 1 oz ? 
        A.  As a ball park number you can use 30 cc equal 1 oz, and 30 cc 
                is equal to 30 ml.

       A.  Yes, we sell 1/2 oz, 1 oz, 2 oz, and 4 oz. Would you like to

Q.   Can I establish credit terms ?
   A. Yes, establish D&B rated firms purchasing over $5,000,
            in any given year may apply for terms by supplying
            3 references and your bank information.  This process
            takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on how quickly your
            references respond. A request doesn't guarantee approval.

Q.    I'm a large user can I get additional discounts ?
   A. Discounts are available on large volumes to OEM's and large
             volume end users.  Please E-mail  us your quotation request
             including the item number and quantity required, or a sample
             of what you may already be buying from an alternate source. 
             We would be happy to customize a quote for you.

Q.     How will my order be shipped ? 
   A.  All shipments are made F.O.B. our plant.   All orders are
              shipped via UPS or Common Carrier for very large orders.
              Allow 4 to 6 days for delivery depending on how far you live 
              from NY. Check the UPS.com site for days to your location. 
              Shipping and handling charges are added to your order. Once
              your online order is shipped, you will be E-mailed your tracking
              number for  tracking  it's movement www.ups.com

Q      My shipment weighed only 15 lbs but I was billed for 30lb shipment ?
          A.  Your shipment was oversized per UPS standards, all oversized      boxes are shipped at a minimum of 30lbs regardless of actual weight. Oversized boxes are needed to pack some of our larger plastic items and most of our bulk items.  We are always looking for ways to reduce the box size required to avoid use of oversized boxes.
